Sharper Shape wins the Quality Innovation of the Year award

Sharper Shape, the world leading supplier of drone (UAV) based automated asset management services has won the prestigious Quality Innovation of the Year award in the micro company category for Next Eagle – the solution for automated inspection of infrastructure assets using unmanned aerial systems.
The international competition organized by Laatukeskus Excellence Finland together with Tekes and Deloitte was hold for the eight time with participants from Sweden, Latvia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Estonia, Israel, Kazakhstan, and Finland.
Hundreds of organizations from different sectors all around the world had applied for the Quality Innovation of the Year Competition for neutral evaluation and recognition of their innovation processes. The criteria for selecting the winners included novelty, commercial applicability, learning, customer and society orientation, efficiency and effectiveness.
The award ceremony was held in Budapest, Hungary on January 19, 2015 where the winners received the certificates signed by the President of the Republic of Finland Sauli Niinistö.
